WHAT'S UP? XD It's been a while since I've last posted artwork... I've been working on my short film done with construction paper cutout for experimental animation class. But after compiling all the scenes together I realized the scenes doesn't work at all when telling the story as a whole. I was animating scene by scene, and well... it looked good on it's own but when I threw it all together, it made no sense..

The story is about 3 kittens who lose their mittens. The story starts off with them playing outside, and the mittens get flung off in the excitement. When they smell the scent of pie.. they rush home. The mom has a nice juicy pie for them, but she realizes that they lost their mittens so she scolds them and takes the pie away. They feel bad and responsible for losing the mittens so they quickly go out to look for it. After that, they head home and everyone is happy! The kittens get their pie, but they get all their mittens dirty while eatting and the mommy gets mad so they lick their mittens to clean it. The mom takes the mittens away from them after they are done cleaning and puts it outside to dry... After it dries

My main goal was to do cut out animation, and make it animate good, so I can use this in the future. I am not sure if I will be submitting this anywhere, but it was an awesome learning experience. I told my friend this, but I'll write it here too. I never had so much bad luck happen on the same thing. So many things screwed up, and we overcame it all. I feel like I learned so much, and I can do something way better next time.

But here it is guys. Let me know what you guys think, and how it can be better.

On behalf of my group, thank you for checking out the video if you had time to. After watching this, would you believe we used our little asian hands to move each piece of paper? Or do you think we used computers?
